SINGAPORE, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Singapore stocks closed higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) going up 0.06 percent, or 2.05 points, to close at 3,327.65.
A total of 1.05 billion shares changed hands with a turnover of 1.01 billion Singapore dollars (about 746.53 million U.S. dollars). Gainers outnumbered losers by 197 to 183.
The STI index went up 0.31 percent, or 10.18 points, to close at 3,325.6 on Tuesday. Enditem
