TOKYO -- Japan logged a goods trade deficit in fiscal 2018 marking the first such shortfall in three years, the government said in a report Wednesday.

SEOUL -- Five people were killed and 13 others injured as a man indiscriminately stabbed fleeing people after setting fire to an apartment building in South Korea's southeastern region early on Wednesday, local media reported.
