COLOMBO -- The death toll from a string of explosions that rocked Sri Lanka on Sunday rose to 310 while over 500 were injured, the police said Tuesday.

YANGON -- Myanmar and Thailand have agreed on repatriation of the fourth batch of Myanmar displaced persons from Thailand at the last week of May, according to the Myanmar Foreign Ministry Tuesday.

MANILA -- The death toll from the 6.1-magnitude earthquake that struck the Philippines' main Luzon Island rose to nine, local officials said on Tuesday.
