TOKYO, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Former Chairman of Nissan Motor Co. Carlos Ghosn was released Thursday on bail for a second time after being indicted for a fourth time earlier this week over further allegations he misused cooperate funds.

The Tokyo District Court has imposed tougher bail conditions on Ghosn including being banned from contact with his wife, who was suspected to have contacted individuals related to the allegations.

Ghosn has already made the 500 million yen (4.5 million U.S. dollars) bail, with the 65-year-old's release from detention after the prosecutors' appeal to the court decision was rejected.

Ghosn was first released from detention in early March on 1 billion yen (9 million dollars) bail under 15 conditions set by the court, including that he remained in Japan with restricted access to mobile phones and computers, and remained under limited camera surveillance at his residence.

The conditions of his new bail also required that Ghosn should remain in Japan.

He was first arrested on November 19 last year on charges of under-reporting his remuneration for years in Nissan's securities reports, apart from a separate charge of aggravated breach of trust, for allegedly transferring private investment losses to Nissan. Enditem
