LUSAKA, May 7 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Zambia's major media outlets on Tuesday.

-- Zambian President Edgar Lungu is this week expected to launch the 2019 National Health Week meant to promote healthy living among citizens.

Lungu will officially launch the events on Wednesday, May 8 which will include, among other activities HIV/AIDS testing and tuberculosis screening as well as promotion of nutrition and awareness on non-communicable diseases. (Time of Zambia)

-- Zambian President Edgar Lungu has warned that he will not tolerate any ministers attempting to frustrate the implementation of the decentralization policy.

Lungu warned ministers against clinging on to the power they are supposed to devolve to local authorities because doing so will attract sanctions, adding that there was no alternative to decentralization. (Zambia Daily Mail)

-- Zambia's central bank has started talking to commercial banks in the country with a possibility of setting up a computer incident response team aimed at tackling cyber risks.

Bank of Zambia (BoZ) Governor Denny Kalyalya said the central bank was seriously considering setting up the response team in order to respond to threats of cyber security. (The Mast) Enditem
