Spanish stocks rise 1.39 pct on Thursday

MADRID, May 15 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares gained 1.39 percent on Thursday with the benchmark index Ibex-35 opening at 9,177.10 points and closing at 9,304.30 points.
The shares of 31 of the 35 companies trading on the Ibex-35 rose in value, while the price of just four went down.
Thursday's best performing company was the infrastructure provider Ferrovial, which saw shares climb by 3.33 percent.
Shares in industrial corporation Tecnicas Reunidas, rose by 3.28 percent in value, while those in the savings bank, Caixabank, went up by 3.05 percent.
The day's worst performer was Acciona (another infrastructure provider), with a 2.93 percent drop in share prices. The International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG) saw 1.30 percent knocked off its share price, while shares in media group Mediaset went down by 1.06 percent. Enditem
