LONDON, May 17 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Friday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.07 percent, or 4.89 points, to close at 7,348.62 points.

Just Eat, an online food order and delivery service, was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 8.23 percent. Hikma Pharmaceuticals, a multinational pharmaceutical company, dropped 2.52 percent. NMC Health, a private healthcare services provider, fell 2.35 percent.

EasyJet, a low-cost British airline, soared 5.34 percent, the top gainer among the blue chips. TUI and Bunzl increased by 3.65 percent and 2.86 percent respectively. Enditem
