-- Zambia's High Commissioner to India Judith Kapijimpanga has said Zambia remained the best destination for trade and tourism.

Kapijimpanga said this in India after 30 business women declared interest in Zambia as a destination of choice for trade and tourism during a meeting attended by Womenovator Founder Tripti Shinghal. (Zambia Daily Mail)

-- A non-governmental organization has paid tribute to the Norwegian government for assisting it to change the lives of Zambians through self-help approach.

According to Response Network deputy director, the organization had managed to build over 60 community schools in the Southern Province. (The Mast)

-- The Emeralds and Semi-Precious Stones Mining Association of Zambia (ESMAZ) has urged industry players to discourage illegal trading of gemstones to enable government collect more taxes from the sector.
