--Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Thursday read the riot act to procurement entities in both the public and private sectors, warning them to desist from malpractices like collusion, inflating prices on capital goods, saying the government will not tolerate filthy, criminal and greedy tendencies. --Mystery surrounds the distribution of fuel in Zimbabwe after authorities have established that while enough funds have been availed for players to procure the product, it has not been channeled to the market, resulting in shortages that have been witnessed countrywide.
