LONDON, June 10 (Xinhua) -- British stocks rose on Monday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index up by 0.59 percent, or 43.60 points, to close at 7,375.54 points.
Ocado Group, an online grocer, soared 4.67 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. Antofagasta and NMC Health increased by 3.65 percent and 3.09 percent, respectively.
Ferguson, a multinational plumbing and heating products distributor, was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 4.64 percent.
