LUANDA, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Angola drew nil-nil with Mauritania on Saturday in the African Cup of Nations (AFCON), which is taking place in Egypt since June 21, local media reported.

Angolan Geraldo's strike netted 89 minutes, offside was cancelled.

With this result Angola stand third in Group E with two points, jeopardizing the chance to go into the last 16.

In their first game of the championship, the Angolans tied Tunisia 1-1.

The Group E is led by Mali with 4 points, followed by Tunisia (2), Angola (2) and Mauritania (1).

On the third and final round of the group on July 2, Angola play against Mali, while Mauritania will face Tunisia. Enditem
