JAKARTA -- Extreme weather changing in Papua's hilly terrain has hampered the search for the missing Indonesian army's Mi-17 helicopter in the eastern province, a spokesman at Indonesia's papua military command headquarters said on Monday.

Papua's Cendrawasih Military Command Spokesperson Muhammad Aidi said that the search from the air was hindered with weather characteristic in Papua's hilly terrain as it changes fast from bright sunny to foggy at noon. (Indonesia-Helicopter)

MANILA -- Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana voiced concern on Monday over the frequency of suicide bomb attacks in the Philippines.
