ADDIS ABABA, July 7 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Sunday.

-- A workshop that discusses the revised draft foreign relations policy of Ethiopia opened here on Saturday.

-- The plan set to plant over 4 billion seedlings across Ethiopia this rainy season is well in progress, according to the Ministerial Steering Committee led by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

-- Dire Dawa fertilizer plant is making headways in fulfilling Ethiopia's mounting fertilizer demand upon completion after two years, the Ethiopian Ministry of Agriculture has said.
