LUSAKA, July 8 (Xinhua) -- The following are news items in Zambia major media outlets on Monday.

-- South Africa's Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni has apologized to Zambia for a tweet he made on the country's aviation industry.

The South African minister apologized to Zambia's foreign affairs minister Joseph Malanji over his tweet in which he was mocking Zambia on the national airline which was closed in 1994. (Zambia Daily Mail)

-- The Tobacco Free Association of Zambia, an anti-tobacco lobby group, says the current levels of Shisha smoking among young people in Zambia is worrying.

Brenda Chitindi, the organization's execute director, in comments made following the decision by parliament to threw away a motion that would have introduced a bill to ban Shisha smoking, said there was enough evidence and warnings over the risks of Shisha smoking which the lawmakers could he considered.
