"At this time, I do not concur with the Secretary's finding that uranium imports threaten to impair the national security of the United States as defined under section 232 of the Act," Trump said in a presidential memorandum released late Friday, referring to the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. MOSCOW -- The Spektr-RG space observatory, onboard the Russian Proton-M carrier rocket, was successfully launched into orbit on Saturday, Russia's state space corporation Roscosmos said in a statement.
