WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Donald Trump said Tuesday that his administration would not sell Turkey F-35 fighter jets because of Ankara's purchase of Russian S-400 air defense system.

LIMA -- Peru's ex-president Alejandro Toledo, who is wanted in his country on corruption charges, was arrested early Tuesday in the United States, Peruvian judicial officials said.
