-- The Zambian government has approved an Air Service Permit submitted by Zambia Airways, which will be launched as a national airline.
Minister of Transport and Communication Brian Mushimba said he approved the permit submitted by Zambia Airways which paves the way for air operating certificate to be issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. (Zambia Daily Mail)
-- Seventeen investors have expressed interest to set up businesses at a Belt and Road Initiative Industrial Park in Chipata district in eastern Zambia belonging to the Zambia Cooperative Federation.
James Chirwa, Zambia Cooperative Federation director general said of the 17 investors, one was a local investor while the rest were from China. (Times of Zambia)
-- Zambia's cabinet has approved the establishment of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) aimed at strengthening cooperation ties between Zambia and Turkey.
