CARACAS -- Preliminary investigation has shown that "an electromagnetic attack" is the probable cause of the massive blackout hitting most parts of Venezuela earlier Monday, an official said.

SEOUL -- South Korea's fighter jets on Tuesday fired warning shots at a Russian military aircraft that violated South Korea's airspace above the eastern waters, according to Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff cited by local media reports.

WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday met with visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan at the White House to discuss bilateral ties and Afghanistan.
