WASHINGTON -- Former special counsel Robert Mueller said here on Wednesday that his investigative report on the Russia probe did not exonerate U.S. President Donald Trump of obstructing justice.
"The president was not exculpated for the acts that he allegedly committed," Mueller told a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee about the investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election and whether Trump had obstructed justice, which he led for nearly two years. VIENNA -- The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) announced on its website on Wednesday that its Board of Governors would meet on Thursday to discuss the appointment of a new Director General to replace Yukiya Amano, who died last week.

MOGADISHU -- At least six Somali government officials were killed and several others, including the Mogadishu mayor, were injured in a suicide bomb attack at the municipal government headquarters Wednesday, police said.
