KHARTOUM, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- Sudan condemned the terrorist attacks against the southern Yemeni city of Aden on Thursday that left dozens killed and injured.

"Sudan strongly condemns the simultaneous terrorist attacks on security centers in Aden," the Sudanese Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

"Concurrence of these attacks and use of suicide explosions disclose the desire of those behind these attacks to inflict the biggest loss of lives and destroy the security and law institutions in Yemen through employing the most brutal terrorist methods," the ministry added.

It urged the international community to fulfil its responsibilities and work to restore stability and security in Yemen.

Earlier in the day, two separate attacks hit Aden, killing at least 49 army and security personnel according to the latest statistics from Yemen's interior ministry. Enditem
