WASHINGTON -- A fire at a day care center in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania killed at least five children on Sunday, according to local authorities.

The fire was reported early Sunday at a day care center in Erie, a lakeside town in northern Pennsylvania. According to Erie fire chief Guy Santone, multiple people were trapped inside the three-storey single family house, which abruptly caught fire, a witness said. (US-Fire-Death)

BAKU -- Nineteen people were injured when a minibus collided with a passenger car in central Azerbaijan on Sunday, according to the country's emergency authorities.

The incident happened when the minibus, reportedly carrying people to a swearing-in ceremony at a military unit in the western city of Ganja, collided with the passenger car on a highway. Both drivers lost control and the vehicles slipped off the road. (Azerbaijan-Car Crash)

CHICAGO -- Six people were shot and wounded at a street party in West Chicago early Sunday morning when a gunman opened fire into a crowd of more than 100 people at a street party, CBS reported.

BEIRUT -- Hezbollah MP Mohammad Raad said Sunday that Israel is preparing to start a war against Lebanon, the National News Agency reported.
