KUWAIT CITY, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday condemned a bomb attack targeting civilians in Afghanistan's capital Kabul Saturday night.

In a cable sent to Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, the emir stressed Kuwait's strong denunciation of this odious terrorist act that targeted the innocents, reiterating Kuwait's rejection of all forms of terrorism.
