SINGAPORE -- Zimbabwe's former leader Robert Mugabe has died here in Singapore, Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said here Friday evening.

HONG KONG -- The government of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Friday refuted Fitch's downgrade of Hong Kong's credit rating and stressed the "one country, two systems" principle is the foundation of Hong Kong's sustained prosperity.

HONG KONG -- The Hong Kong police said Friday that a total of 18 people have been arrested for unlawful assemblies and violent acts at the Hong Kong International Airport on Aug. 13 and Sept. 1.
