MOSCOW/KIEV -- Ukraine and Russia conducted an exchange of detainees on Saturday in a step towards easing tensions in east Ukraine's Donbass region and the thawing of bilateral ties.

ATHENS -- Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Saturday pledged "growth for all", outlining his government's economic policy for the next 12 months, which includes tax cuts and reforms to support development in the post-bailout era.

MEXICO CITY -- Mexican authorities arrested 70 armed people in the southern state of Guerrero, the Ministry of Security and Civilian Protection said on Saturday.
