MOSCOW -- Russia will deliver within 18 to 19 months a batch of S-400 air defense systems to India, which have been prepaid by the latter, Russian media reported on Sunday.
"The advance payment has been received and everything will be delivered in strict accordance with the schedule, within about 18-19 months," Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov was quoted by Sputnik news agency as saying on Russia's Rossiya-1 TV channel. RABAT -- The death toll on Sunday's bus accident near southeastern Morocco city of Errachidia has risen to 14, officials said.
Rescuers are still combing the region to find the missing people after rain storms unleashed flash floods that overturned the bus at a bridge on a river.

KABUL -- At least 24 militants have been killed in the militancy-battered Afghanistan over the past 24 hours as the warring sides have intensified activities, officials said Sunday.
In the latest showdown, the Taliban fighters overran the district headquarters of Dasht-e-Archi district in the northern Kunduz province in the wee hours of Sunday and the government forces fought back to recapture it, head of provincial council Mohammad Yusuf Ayubi said. KHARTOUM -- Ministers of Sudan's transitional cabinet on Sunday were sworn in before the Chairman of the Sovereign Council Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, according to Xinhua reporter in the capital Khartoum.
Altogether 18 ministers took the constitutional oath before Al-Burhan in the presence of the Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok, while two ministers are expected to be appointed later for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries.
