MOSCOW -- Russian-Chinese relations are so strong that they simply cannot be harmed, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said.

GENEVA -- Filippo Grandi, the United Nations high commissioner for refugees (UNHCR), on Friday welcomed this week's agreement with the African Union (AU) and Rwanda to set up a refugee transit mechanism for the evacuation of vulnerable refugees from Libya.

RIO DE JANEIRO -- The death toll from a fire at a private hospital in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro has risen to 11, local authorities announced on Friday.
