BRATISLAVA, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- After winning their European Championship opener against Spain, the Slovak men's volleyball team rallied against Austria on Saturday to produce another Pool B triumph, this time 3-1 (19-25, 25-20, 25-21, 25-15).

The Austrians started aggressively and surprisingly took the first set 25-19 thanks to a strong finish. Slovakia's coach Andrej Kravarik managed to improve their concentration and rally with three strong performances in the following sets. Their second win put them in second place of Pool B of the championship that is being played in Belgium. The other pools are hosted by France, Slovenia, and the Netherlands

Four teams from each of the four pools will advance to the play-offs. Slovakia will play third-placed Serbia next. Enditem
