KANDAHAR -- Up to 14 people, all civilians, were wounded as a blast hit Kandahar city, provincial capital of southern Afghanistan's Kandahar province on Saturday, an official said.

Provincial police spokesman Jamal Barikzai said that investigation is underway to determine the reason for the blast. (Afghanistan-Blast)
