LONDON, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Monday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.46 percent, or 33.63 points, to close at 7,213.45 points.
Evraz, a multinational vertically integrated steel making and mining company, was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 3.87 percent. NMC, a private healthcare services provider, dropped 3.80 percent. Hargreaves Lansdown, a financial service company, fell 3.37 percent.
