HOUSTON -- A shooting occurred Sunday at a vigil in northeastern Texas, which was held to mourn for the victims of the shooting in nearby Greenville, South Carolina, said local police.

BUENOS AIRES -- Argentine President Mauricio Macri conceded defeat in the presidential election, congratulating rival Alberto Fernandez on winning election.

OUAGADOUGOU -- Unidentified gunmen abducted and shot dead many villagers on Saturday in Pobe Mengao, northern Soum province of Burkina Faso, witnesses told Xinhua on Sunday.

"Armed individuals stormed into the village and abducted inhabitants. It led to panic," said a local elected representative in Djibo, capital of Soum province, about 200 km north to the country's capital Ouagadougou. (Burkina-Gunshot-Death)

BOGOTA -- A helicopter, which was part of the presidential fleet, crashed in a countryside in central Colombia's Cundinamarca department, killing all the six crew members, the Colombian Air Force (FAC) said on Sunday.
