FRANKFURT, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Monday, with the benchmark DAX index up 175.23 points, or 1.35 percent, to close at 13,136.28 points.
Automotive supplier Continental won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 3.93 percent. Deutsche Bank and global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard gained by 3.71 percent and 3.53 percent respectively.
Marketplace organizer for the trading of shares and securities Deutsche Boerse group, energy group RWE and pharmaceutical company Merck were the only three losers among the blue chips, by falling 1.90 percent, 0.94 percent and 0.55 percent respectively.
Automotive manufacturer Daimler was the most-traded share with a turnover of 423.3 million euros (472.3 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
