FRANKFURT, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- German stocks edged dwon on Monday, with the benchmark DAX index down 30.19 points, or 0.23 percent, to close at 13,198.37 points. Semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies lost 1.72 percent, the top loser among the blue chips, followed by renal dialysis equipment supplier Fresenius Medical and material manufacturer Covestro, which lost 1.38 percent and 1.18 percent respectively.
Global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard gained 3.27 percent, becoming the top gainer. German airlines Lufthansa and multinational building materials company HeidelbergCement advanced 2.15 percent and 0.58 percent respectively.
Manufacturing and electronics company Siemens was the most traded share with a turnover of 258.8 million euros (285.7 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
