FRANKFURT, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- German stocks edged up on Wednesday, with the benchmark DAX index up 50.65 points, or 0.38 percent, to close at 13,287.07 points.
Chemical and consumer goods company Henkel won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 1.50 percent. Telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom and automotive manufacturer BMW rose by 1.33 percent and 1.26 percent respectively.
Automotive supplier Continental lost the most among the blue chips, falling 0.93 percent. Renal dialysis equipment supplier Fresenius Medical and semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies went down by 0.75 percent and 0.54 percent respectively.
Deutsche Telekom was the most-traded share, with a turnover of 210.5 million euros (231.73 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
