PARIS, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Nemanja Radonjic scored a late winner as Marseille edged Brest 2-1 at home to consolidate their second position in Ligue 1 after the 15th round action on Friday.

Following a goalless first half, Marseille moved ahead 11 minutes after the restart through Bouna Sarr's first goal of the season.

Irvin Cardona grabbed an equalizer for the visitors in the 88th minute. However, Marseille made response straight from kick-off as Radonjic cut inside before curling home the winner.

Marseille cut their deficit from leaders Paris Saint-Germain to five points, but the latter have one more game in hand. Brest sit 14th at the table.

PSG will visit Monaco on Sunday. Enditem
