WASHINGTON -- U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday that she is asking the House Judiciary Committee to draft articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump.

LAGOS -- At least one person was killed and another injured in an oil pipeline blast in Nigeria's business hub of Lagos on Thursday, the police and rescue officials confirmed.
