SANTIAGO -- The Chilean Air Force reported Monday that it lost track of a plane with 38 people on board.

GHAZNI, Afghanistan -- The armed insurgents intercepted a car in the eastern Ghazni province and gunned down six soldiers on Monday, provincial government spokesman Aref Nuri said Tuesday.
