WASHINGTON -- The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday approved the revised version of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement after months of negotiation with the administration over issues including labor and environmental enforcement.

The House passed the agreement in a 385-41 bipartisan vote, sending the replacement of NAFTA to the Senate for consideration in early 2020. (U.S.-House-USMCA)

MOSCOW -- An officer of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia died in a shooting in the center of Moscow, TASS news agency reported Thursday, quoting the FSB.

ABUJA -- Five people including a district head were kidnapped by gunmen in two separate attacks in Nigeria's northern state of Kaduna, said the police on Thursday.
