MADRID, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Both FC Barcelona and Real Madrid have been given relatively easy ties in the third round of the Spanish Copa del Rey knockout tournament on Tuesday.

FC Barcelona will take a short flight to play Ibiza CF of Segunda B, the third tier of the Spanish soccer. It will be the first time the two clubs have ever met and the draw gives Ibiza a big payday after they knocked second division side Albacete out of the second round at the weekend.

Real Madrid also faces a relatively comfortable tie as they travel to play Unionistas de Salamanca, also a third-tier member.

The four sides who played in the Spanish Supercup in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah last week were all assured comfortable rivals as the system for the draw assured they would meet the lowest qualified teams left in the competition, while in the rest of the draw assured that teams from lower leagues play at home.

Copa del Rey holder Valencia faces Segunda B team Logrones, while Atletico Madrid visits Cultural Leon.

The other ties see Leganes travels to Ebro, while Athletic Club Bilbao visits Elche. Curiously Athletic played their first round tie against third division Intercity in Elche's Martinez Valero Stadium.

Girona will host Villarreal, and Badalona, who knocked Getafe out in the last round, may fancy their chances against Granada. Eibar visits Badajoz, Osasuna has a long trip to face Recreativo Huelva, and Betis visits Rayo Vallecano.

Second division Mirandes hosts Celta Vigo, Zaragoza stays at home to host Mallorca and two all-Primera Liga clashes see Sevilla entertain Levante and Real Sociedad play bottom of the table Espanyol. Enditem
