WASHINGTON -- U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts was sworn in on Thursday on the Senate floor for the soon-to-begin impeachment trial, making Donald Trump only the third president in U.S. history to face such a trial in the upper chamber.

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Senate approved a bill to implement the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) on Thursday, just ahead of President Donald Trump's impeachment trial in the upper chamber.
The measure passed the Senate in an 89-10 vote, following an approval from the U.S. House of Representatives last month, with a 385-41 vote. House Democrats and the administration had negotiated for months over issues including labor and environmental enforcement, as well as pharmaceutical provisions before finally reaching an agreement. RABAT -- The Moroccan police announced on Thursday the arrest of 13 hooligans in the northern city of Tangiers following the football match between Ittihad Tangiers and the Rajae club of Casablanca.
