KIEV -- A three-day celebration of the Chinese New Year kicked off in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv on Friday.

NEW DELHI -- At least five people including four children were killed Saturday after an under-construction two-storey building collapsed in Indian capital New Delhi, officials said.

RAMALLAH -- A senior Palestinian official accused on Saturday the U.S. new peace plan, better known as the "Deal of the Century," of denying the existence of the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories.

MOSCOW -- Bulgaria's expulsion of a diplomat from the Russian Embassy and an employee from Russia's Trade Mission is an "openly unfriendly and provocative" step, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Saturday.

"On Jan. 24, the Bulgarian authorities decided to expel a diplomat from the Russian Embassy in Bulgaria and an employee from Russia's Trade Mission in that country without presenting any reasonable evidence to justify their decision," the Russian ministry said in a statement.
