HONG KONG -- Over 160 people, mostly Hong Kong residents, underwent mandatory quarantine on Saturday as Hong Kong started to implement the measure on inbound travelers from the Chinese mainland to curb the spread of novel coronavirus, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Carrie Lam said.

NEW DELHI -- Two people were rescued, while several others are feared still trapped under the debris Saturday after a three-storey building collapsed in the northern Indian state of Punjab, officials said.
