MEXICO CITY -- At least 15 children were killed in a fire at an orphanage in an area near the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince, local officials reported on Friday.
Two children were "completely burned" in their rooms when the fire broke out on Thursday night and another thirteen died from respiratory problems in the hospital, Raymonde Jean Antoine, a local judge told reporters. (Haiti-Fire-Orphanage)

BEIRUT -- The Israeli army on Friday fired several smoke bombs on the axis of the border town of Mays al Jabal in the eastern sector of southern Lebanon north of the "Blue Line."
