HERAT, Afghanistan -- Taliban militants has killed a primary court judge in Afghanistan's western Herat province, a local official said Tuesday.

BANGKOK -- Thailand's Ministry of Transport on Monday announced that all the 27 Westerdam cruise ship passengers who arrived in Thailand have tested negative for the novel coronavirus.

MAHMUD-E-RAQI, Afghanistan -- Nine pro-government local militiamen were killed in a militants' overnight attack in Afghanistan's eastern Kapisa province as fighting rages in the country, a local official said Tuesday.

NEW DELHI -- A private airlines flight on a domestic route in India caught a small fire during take-off at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in western state of Gujarat on Tuesday, confirmed an airlines spokesman.
