Czech Republic reports first 3 cases of COVID-19

PRAGUE, March 1 (Xinhua) -- The Czech Republic reported the first three confirmed cases of COVID-19, said Health Minister Adam Vojtech at a press conference on Sunday.

Two people with positive tests are now in Prague's Na Bulovce Hospital, the third is in Masaryk Hospital in Usti nad Labem. All the three infected, two men and one woman, have reported travel history of Italy recently, said the minister.

Three out of the 13 tested showed positive results Sunday, according to the minister. He added that the results will be reviewed by a laboratory in Berlin, Germany. Enditem
