ADDIS ABABA, March 30 (Xinhua) -- The Djibouti Ministry of Health on Monday disclosed the number of COVID-19 cases in the horn of Africa country has reached 25.
These figures were reached after seven more people were confirmed on Monday to have been infected with COVID-19 virus.
"Since March 17, 2020 to date, 620 tests have been carried out, and a total of 25 people have confirmed to have COVID-19,".
"The clinical conditions of all those infected remains stable and satisfactory, with no health complications noted so far," said the statement from the Djibouti Ministry of Health.
On Sunday, Djibouti Ministry of Health disclosed four more people were confirmed to have cases of COVID-19, bringing the previous tally of total infections to 18.
Djibouti confirmed its first case of COVID-19 on March 18.
Djibouti, which lies on a key location connecting the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, hosts a number of foreign military bases and is the main sea outlet for landlocked Ethiopia. Enditem
