Coronavirus cases in Palestine rise to 267

RAMALLAH, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Palestine on Friday evening confirmed a new COVID-19 case, raising the total number in its territories to 267.

The new case was a Palestinian from the village of Bani Naeem near the southern West Bank city of Hebron, said Ibrahim Melhem, spokesman of the Palestinian government, in a press statement.

The infected man works in an Israeli factory, he added,

Of the 267 cases including 13 in the Gaza Strip, 44 have recovered including nine in Gaza, and two died including a new death on Friday, Melhem noted. Enditem
