RAMALLAH, April 11 (Xinhua) -- The total number of the COVID-19 cases in the Palestinian territories has reached 268 after a new case was detected in the West Bank on Saturday, a senior official said.
The new case is a Palestinian woman in her 60s who contacted her infected husband and children, Kamal al-Shakhra, primary healthcare director in the Palestinian Ministry of Health said at a news briefing held in Ramallah.
A total of 46 cases have recovered in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip since March 5, while two cases were recorded dead, al-Shakhra said. Enditem
