WASHINGTON -- The SpaceX Crew Dragon docked with the International Space Station (ISS) on Sunday for a historic crewed mission.

HONG KONG -- It is against international law and practice for the United States to use unilateral sanctions as a threat to interfere in the policies of other countries and regions, Matthew Cheung, chief secretary for administration of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government wrote Sunday.

MOGADISHU -- Death toll from the roadside blast in Somalia has risen to 10 while six others were injured after a roadside blast struck a commuter minibus outside Somalia's capital Mogadishu on Sunday, an official said.

Ismael Mukhtar Omar, a government spokesman confirmed the death toll, saying the landmine exploded on the road between Mogadishu-Afgoye on Sunday morning. (Somalia-Blast-Death)

JERUSALEM -- Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz apologized on Sunday for Israeli police's shooting to death an unarmed, autistic Palestinian man in East Jerusalem on Saturday.
