NEW YORK, June 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 jolted 131 km southwest of Kokopo, Papua New Guinea at 20:06:38 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 52.84 km, was initially determined to be at 5.3634 degrees south latitude and 151.6639 degrees east longitude. Enditem
