New Zealand reports no new cases of COVID-19

WELLINGTON, July 3 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand reported no new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, according to the Ministry of Health.

The number of active cases in New Zealand remains at 18, all of which are in managed isolation or quarantine facilities. There are no cases of COVID-19 in the community, a ministry statement said.

The total number of confirmed cases remains at 1,180, which is the number reported to the World Health Organization, it said.

One person remains in Auckland City Hospital in a stable condition on a ward, it said.
